Healing Through Growing Pains was created by sisters Mya Williams and Kayla Perkins, both proud Douglasville natives who have a heart for giving back to the next generation.

Working in the school system, we see every day how hard it can be to be a teenage girl. There’s pressure, expectations, friendships, self-doubt—all the things that don’t always get talked about out loud. And the truth is, we understand that because we’ve lived it.

We were once those girls too—trying to figure things out, needing support, and looking for a space where we felt safe, seen, and heard. Our parents made sure we had that kind of environment, and it made a lasting impact on us.

Now, we want to create that same space for other girls. A place where you can show up as you are, be real, grow through what you’re going through, and know you don’t have to do it alone.
